Samples ordering procedure
To the new customers
For the samples value not exceeding € 25, we will send you free samples by express mail.
For samples values exceeding € 25, you will usually pay 75% of the normal prices for the samples.
To the customers who have had long-standing relationships with us
All samples are totally free except for some components with higher prices. But you can be sure to get good discounts. Furthermore, if we ever decide to add new models, we will send free samples to you.
Shipping samples
Express mail services like UPS, DHL and FedEx may be used. Samples are usually free, and if you give us your account number of the express mail service, we can ship "receiver pays". That way you will get your normal discount with your express service of choice.
If you prefer that we deliver including the transport and insurance to your address (CIF), we would use DHL and charge you the following fees within the European Union:
For the samples weighing less than 10 kgs: € 125
For the samples weighing 11 - 45 kgs: € 200
These fees are rough indications. Depending on your location, we can quote you a more accurate price.
